1.坐稳,把脚放在踏板上
2.选择合适的重量堆片
3.前倾并拉杆手柄
4.匀力往回拉并慢慢松力,然后重复运动
5.锻炼前稍稍弯曲腿,慢慢放下重物
◆ Sit steady,put feet on the pedals.
◆ Choose suitable weight stacks.
◆ Leaned forward and grip pull-rod handles.
◆ Make pull back or bend back movement and repeat.
◆ Bend legs slightly before finishing exercise and drop the weight stacks slowly.
